Terms of Use
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CuddleCozy for your use of CuddleCozy. By using the app you accept them.
Who may use it
You must be an adult (the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
The service
CuddleCozy is a free app to log your baby’s care, see summaries and read general information. We may change or improve it. We may stop offering it, and will try to give you notice and a way to export your data first.
Not medical advice
The app gives general information, not medical advice: read the Disclaimer. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including by people you share your sign-in with. Tell us if you think someone used your account without permission.
Your content
What you log belongs to you. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no attempts to access other people’s data, to disrupt the service or to copy the app.
Our content
The app, its design and its text belong to CuddleCozy or its licensors. Public-domain material (such as CDC milestone lists) and data (such as WHO growth standards) are credited where shown.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will be error-free or always available, or that information in it is complete or correct.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CuddleCozy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
The App Store
If you downloaded CuddleCozy from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. CuddleCozy, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its support.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
Open-source software
CuddleCozy is built with open-source software, used under the licenses its authors chose. Their names, copyright notices and license texts are listed at cuddlecozy.ca/licenses and in the app, at the end of these terms.
